just noticed this copy of phantasm on ebay

h ttp://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Super-8mm-Colour-Movie-with-Sound-PHANTASM-Vintage-Horror-Suspense-Classic-Film-/290890144510?pt=UK_DVD_Film_TV_OtherFormats_GL&hash=item43ba675afe

Now when i had this film it was a good 375ft in length but this one appears to be not much more than 250???
What do you reckon on this? I think if anyone bids on this they will be dissapointed

I agree with Tom. It looks as if some film is missing.

It's doubtful that Derek would have issued such a short length in a 400' box.

I see the listing has now been amended to state that it's only part of the film.

To get a reasonable return on a film with missing footage, it needs to be 'Star Wars'. A 200' b/w silent 'Star Wars' with plenty missing at the start, and a tatty box with much of the front artwork torn off still sold for about £10 recently!

I have a copy of this and that listing is only part of the film. The original box looks pretty good...My copy has the box but it is in pretty bad shape. The film is good though! Not a bad price for what is there...whenever I see this film listed there asking big bucks usually.
