If its this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/super-8-cinemascope-isco-set-splicer-/231286238021?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item35d9bbeb45 It looks like one of the various sets that the Widescreen Centre in London once used to sell when Tony Shapps was there.

The film was a Walton title in cinemascope. If you have or are going to buy any scope films then it should be a good buy. Not 100% but you should beable to use with most projector due to the mount that fitted under the front foot.

I've used one in the past; suitable only for projection but perfectly adequate for 8mm projectors with small diameter lenses.
Used mine with Eumig 800 series and Elmo ST600 with no problems.
£50 max???????
