When did Wittner sell the Rectimascop Anamorphot (faktor 2x tubus 62.5mm) and what was the price?

There were thousands of those things made! Easily the best of the 'old' scope lenses. They normally sell for anything between 50€ and 150€.
For the money they ask here, you can already have yourself a nice new Schneider or an Isco from the blue series...
