Good morning to every body from Athens Greece.
As i am a new member i want your help and advice . i want to buy a projector cause i want to see my old films and also transfer them to dvd.i have found many on ebay but i desided to buy an elmo projector . i found 2 models in good price the elmo ST-180 and the elmo sc-18 which has a build in screen .but also if you can recomend another from you i will be apreciated.
i forgot to tell you that i alredy have an eumig rs-3000 with broken plastic gears which i found very hard and expensive here to fix it.

I would suggest Elmo ST-180 (also known as ST-600). Although SC 18 has a built in screen, you CANNOT take the picture of that screen. It is too small and blurry too. You will get better result with taking picture while projector is screening at a small screen made of an A4 paper.

That is a non-pro way and the simplest way. The best resul is of course by scanning frame by frame.

i also found the elmo st d 1200 in a good condition and price,also i want to ask if they have line out to tape the sound in a dvd ,thank you

There is an AUX OUT jack to reproduce sound through an external amplifier or to transfer sound to a tape recorder.

good morning,finaly i bought the elmo st 1200 d projector,i want to ask you if i can use 100watt 12v lamps as i have 3 of them,cause this projector uses 150watt 12v lamps.thank you

The answer is no.
The projector has lamps operating at 15 volts, not 12 volts as you say.
