The take up reel on my Chinon Whisper 727
projector is very slow or doesn't turn at all. Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to the forum Steven. Does rewind work? Have you removed the back cover yet? There is a long metal spring belt that goes from a take-up reel pulley to a supply reel pulley. See if the spring belt is moving and the gears are turning the pulleys. It is all driven by the main rubber drive belt next to the shutter. If the drive belt is stretched it may not be making a tight enough contact and slipping. If this is the case you should replace the belt.
