There is a company in Plymouth here that can make them but the quantity they wanted to do as a minimum order killed it. I did start a thread here a few years ago to try and find how many i could sell on here but only a handful came across. What I'll do is approach them again and see what they say and perhaps start a new thread on all three forums to see how many people want them and quantities. As before with my clutch rollers they would only go out at my cost to cover it all, i'm more interested in getting a load for myself & simply not ending up with a shed load. I shall find out the weekend and be back as soon as i find out.

CineSupplies based in Devon tried to make a go of this for everyone Tom, but people's requirements these days is very sporadic at best plus as has been pointed out, Phil @ Classic sells 200,400 & 600ft ones, but they are not plain white card like most want.
For anyone laying out the cash for minimal numbers of these things, I wouldn't be expecting to see any great return for their outlay any time soon unfortunately.
If someone were to do it, I suggest they do it to serve their own collections needs primarily.

Wouldn`t it be possible to just get a card template made with the shape/s printed on, then cut it out and fold and glue yourself. Should be a quite cheap way of getting some made.
Then you use a ruler and a tool to impress /score a little on the edges and fold, and stick the one edge and close ends etc.
Sould be easy enough to organise a template for any size you wanted.
You could do one score and fold before posting to save room.

It is of course possible to make your own of any sized box but although I have one 600ft feature box and two 600ft single boxes left, I personally don't have either the desire or the time to start making my own boxes.
If someone like Tom does take the plunge in having some manufactured then I for one would much rather that for my needs.
