Hi all, i've just picked up a very clean boxed noris 410 but it is missing the instruction manual.Does anyone know how to remove the gate for cleaning on these?.Also looking for a manual in english if anyone has one spare.

I can't help with the gate on this model. I once had a Noris (forgotten now its number) and the gate just swung open complete with lens, but yours may be different.

Jason,like Maurice ive had other models in the noris range and the block holding the lens is hinged from the bottom,you just pull it down having removed the lamphouse cover.
Don't know if the 410 is the same,but I suspect it is.

Right, i see now.Rather than swing away from the body like elmos it swings downwards, had to give it quite a hard pull as well.Thanks for the link to the manual.

The twin channel 412 is exactly the same procedure and I'm sure that only the heads and electronics differ.
