Tired of Swapping Cables?

Make use of your external speaker plugs AND the Aux out. Run both sets to independent connections and switch between them as needed. Examples include but are not limited to splicing mono trailers and cartoons on the front of a stereo feature.

Add an optional video connector using only the audio connections to easily run to one input selector on an older amplifier.

The volume knobs on the GS 1200 become “pre-amp” status and should be set to # 2 on the printed guide. Your main amplifier such as a receiver can be used for adjusting the actual volume as needed.

Find the 2 pin din plugs on the internet, and wire a standard patch cord with RCA connections to make use of the plugs on the projector.

One other thing great about this. Should your auxiliary outputs fail during a show you can switch back to 2pin din external speaker, switch the projector to stereo mode, and turn up volume knob for track 2 balance stripe.

While this is suggested for the GS 1200 a similar hook up should be available for most other projectors. Refer to your owner’s booklet, if available, to make sure and learn the steps on connecting.

With the vast array of switches and buttons in my setup, I must say this is brilliant, so easy, with outstanding results in showmanship. Here we create the "mono-stereo_ switch that a projector might not have when it really could have needed it.

Normally I use methods like this as well, so the sound goes over my sound equipment in the livingroom.

I have video projection there as well, so I use the screen that is there already, sound over the main speakers, only the GS1200 needs to be in front of the closet were the video projector is in, si the space between the GS1200 and the screen is narow and I end up with not so big picture.
Therefore I do my 8mm projection in another room and use seperate speakers again, because I have no soundsetup there, Yet.
We will however transform this room into a cinema/relaxroom as well, and than there will be a nice setup for the GS1200 as well.
