Did castle or universal 8 do a condensed version of this film?

I checked a 1978 catalog from U8 and it is not listed. Doesn't necessarily mean it was never released, though.

Actually, Jim, Castle released The Mummy, The Mummy's Tomb and The Mummy's Ghost; but never released The Mummy's Curse. I remember seeing the box art for those three only.

Curse of the Mummy's Tomb was a Columbia silent digest of a 1964 film.

The gentlemen are correct, Castle/Universal 8 released "The Mummy," "The Mummy's Tomb" and "The Mummy's Ghost." Unfortunately, no "The Mummy's Curse." The three they did release have different scenes in the Castle and U8 edits which can be combined. My 200' "Ghost" features an (almost) uncut final scene, but is such a bright print it is apparent Universal filmed the swamp scene day-for-night and it looks nothing like a nighttime scene!

Yes I was most surprised when Castle Films never did a cutdown version of this title on either 16mm or 8mm.

It would have been great if they did the entire series including The Mummy's Hand. Never mind dreams come free.
