Hey! im new to the board and i need some help. I recently got a canon 814 autozoom camera off ebay for a good price, it was untested so i expected something to not work. ive shot film before so i understand some basics. But after putting the 4 AAs in the camera, the zoom was working fine but the "record" button does nothing. Is there a way to diagnose the problem? i understand it could be a multitude of things, but if anyone has any expertise or suggestions please let me know, Thanks!

I think your best place for advice is "Super 8mm" Facebook page, those folk are right into cameras and shooting film. [Smile]
