Hi all. I have been in possession of my Grandpa's Bell &Howell Filmo Master 400 for quite some time and have gotten fired up to clean up and remove the old decomposed grease. What I can't seem to find is information on the extent of lubricating the gears from the worm gear to the spindle. They were gobbed with old grease in a seemingly hit or miss fashion. Now that they are cleaned how much grease do I add? There are these raised circular regions centered about some of the gears. Are these reservoirs for holding extra grease? Is white lithium grease ok to use? Any tips or information on where and how much grease to add would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
