I solved a bit 'thanks to the advice of Terry, cleaning the blade well with alcohol, but I also moved slightly the blade with a nipper: I tried to make the blade go very parallel to the matrix as Nantawat said. But I believe that the cleaning had the most effect, there were tape residues. Now it's better, but I have to give a strong shot anyway.
I also saw the spare blade, costs about 25 euros. It is not so much, but the splicer, as mentioned, has the same price.
