What's to hide?

I just sent an email with a few questions and a possible purchase. Prices and minimal descriptions on the forum would get you more sales. [Smile]

First Diabolique is sold.

Second I have nothing to hide. I bought this collection strictly to help a friend out and sell the stuff. I only collect 16mm and 35mm. I am not an 8 collector. I dont know the stuff and I dont know the prices. So I figured make me an offer. I am not looking to make a fortune on this stuff just to cover my time and investment. If you have any questions I will do my best to answer and give you an honest description as I want any buyers to be happy. My problem is I have listed other stuff and have had guys just complain about the prices. So.....make me an offer.

Give Matt an email. I purchased Diabolique at a very reasonable price. Matt was very forth giving with everything I asked. I can assure you he is not hiding, because he's in Rockford Illinois. [Big Grin] He's bought films from me over the years. All transactions first rate.

Gee whiz, some of those are going for decent prices...in some cases much more than the low amounts I offered on this board. Guess its time for me to return to Ebay. Good luck Matt!

Matthew,

I wasn't for even a second suggesting that YOU had anything to hide.

I was referring to sellers in general on this forum.

Collectors, for the main part, prefer to see prices attached to prints for sale. This has been proven to be the case by means of a poll on another forum.

Mike...no worries. I just do not know 8mm prices at all. I have never gotten into it and do not even haveaa machine to run the stuff on. 16 and 35 I am game, just not 8 so I didnt want to put prices on that were too high or prices were I would loose my butt on this stuff, so I left it open to...hey I will offer you this, if the price sounded right I would sell it. Like I said no worries and I hope these go to good homes where they will be enjoyed. I sure wish they were in 16 or 35.
