I didn't realise this was released as a 5x 400ft film - I had the 400ft selected scenes release which ran for 17mins then I sold that when I bought the 4x400ft release.

Hello David, ....In fact, if you read well (or not knowing the Italian, for example, you can translate with a translator as what Google provides ....) the ad on eBay there is clearly written that it is both editions: 400 ft selected scenes + 4x400 release = 5x400ft.
My sincere apologies - I didn't click on the translate icon, - best of luck with the sale - as I said I have the 4x400ft version of Enter the Dragon - my only issue with this great film is that the editors insisted on keeping shortened titles on each reel - losing footage - as they could have used this to better advantage and kept all the end credits in and possibly some other footage. It's only a minor gripe but they could have used the footage more wisely.

Hello David,
what you say is true, however, this release is more than excellent and the thread of the plot is largely maintained. Besides, it would also be possible to integrate it with the reel that contains selected scenes, with some sequences not present in the 4x400 version ... in this reel there are also titles in cinemascope instead of letter boxed titles...
