I'll make some enquiries for you Joe,and if I'm lucky,I'll let you
know.It does turn up in a 4x400' B/W now and then,I used to
have a 400' version, which was just the final spool of the feature,
but the colour was truly excellent and if all the copies were as
good, fine. The only snag was if they used different negatives of
the same film, I know this from experience with "The Blood Demon", the copy I have of the S/8 feature is really nice colour
but it took about three attempts to get one, even though it looks
ex library, it left the other prints standing.

I have the color feature and the digest and the digest is a much better print than the feature which is a bit dark and murky. It hasn't turned red but I don't think it was a great print even at the time of it's release. For some reason the black and white feature comes up much more often than the color feature. It's worth tracking down because it's such an entertainingly bad film!

That's very true Brian, there's a scene in the dungeon where the
victims are chained to the wall, and one of the girls is standing
on the camera case!

Still after a nice COLOR print...
Somehow missed out for one on the latest CHC list. E-mailed Phil and got a reply "yes it's here", then half an hour later another e-mail "regret that it has been sold" [Confused]

Joe - Too bad you missed that print. But I bet it wasn't great quality. I once had a nice 16mm TV print which is probably the only way to see this on film with good color. I am going through a big Al Adamson faze. Still can't believe how he was murdered. So crazy. If only Dracula Vs. Frankenstein was on super 8...my life would be complete.

PS: I love how CHC had it listed as an Italian Vampire Film - little do they know it's just pure old American trash!

Brian, you're probably right about the quality of that one. I'd go for a nice 16mm color print of it too if one comes up. I'm a fan of Al's films too!
