Hi Jason,
Are there scenes in the 200' Castle release of Psycho not included in the 400'
Universal 8 version?
Many thanks and nice offers for Halloween!

Dave, that just reminded me that you had been interesting in buying my copy of King Kong. I think there are a lot of prints out there...you will find one.

Burton, I have never seen the 400ft digest. Here is a photo album of screenshots I took while screening my 200ft digest. It will give you an idea of what scenes are in the film.

FYI: There's nothing in the Castle 200' Psycho digest that's not in their 400' release. What you need to find is the Derann 200'er - that has lots more of what happened at the motel including Perkins disposing of the body in the pond. Not sure if that only came out in regular 8 sound...My Derann feature and digest are both only regular 8. Happy hunting!

Hey Brian,
Thanks for that info! I have never seen the 200' or 400' but have the Universal digest coming to me soon. Sure would love to find the Full Feature on Super 8 though!
And you too Jason,
Thanks for the link to those terrific screen shots!

Burton, There is a Reel image/CHC release of Psycho I believe in Super 8...if I am remembering correctly. Perhaps you might find one of those copies. I bought a Regular 8 projector intially just so that I could watch it in Regular 8.

Osi, Night on Bald Mountain is included in the Horror Reel. It has The Mummy, Throne of Blood, Dracula trailer, Night on Bald Mountain, and Alice on Wonderland on a 1x600ft spool.

Ahhh, thanx 4 that, Jason. Wish that was sold seperately on a 400ft reel, though, but thanx!

Hey Osi,

I considered selling everything separately but decided to leave everything together.

Reconsider ... reconsider ...

(using my jedi mind trick here ... let's see if it works!

Place the trailers on a seperate reel, sell "Night on bald Mountain" seperate, for ...

"Osi, these are not the trailers you're looking for ... "

Stormtrooper: You can go about your business.....
Move along... move along.

If the Horror reel doesnt sell after two tries as it is, then I will keep it for a while longer.
