Price reduce on the 3 parter is 125.00 . that's a good deal! You have Adam in Ohio or Lance in California. To record it in English. A great horror digest. I had my print done in stereo. Adam did a excellent job!

Hey All!

I was the lucky purchaser of this 3 parter. I thought I could include screen shots of what Leon described as "Color is good."

For your enjoyment, screen shots of The Exorcist by UFA! Oh yeah did I mention the "Color is good." Also, no returns! Even if not as described. Even though I also offered to take the hit on shipping both ways.

Well it would have been one of my " finest red prints " on eBay !!

At least when I sell a faded print on eBay I certainly push it as
" WE SELL THE FINEST RED PRINTS ON EBAY " !!!

- and PEOPLE COME RUNNING TO BID ON IT !!

So Leon , if you come to Cinesea next April , be prepared to face the music .

Oh dear. No this not good, its red. End of! not even remotely good colours. I know the word i would use!!

If i advertise This film with good colours this is what you would get, here is my review on this website for this same title. Scroll down further on the review page for the extra images i put up after the initial thread.

Badly faded prints should be destroyed not sold, as somewhere along the line some poor sucker is going to get caught out with a dishonest description like we are seeing in some cases lately on this forum.

Thank you for the support everyone.

I guess I'm the poor sucker on this one!

Tom, your print looks fairly well! Is there just a tiny bit of fading to it? Or is that just due to the image capture?

I too have sold prints that have faded, but have always clearly advertised so with screen shots. After all, if someone is buying a faded print they should be able to see how much those prints have faded to red!

I guess it is partially my fault for taking the word of "no red at all"
I provided the seller with multiple opportunities to correct the error, but was only pushed to re-record it to English and re-sell it.

Thanks again everyone.

As far i can remember from the last screening mine is pretty good with only the very early signs of fade. I will take another look at it early next year. Sorry about your print there though.

Hi Evan, Leon surely sent the wrong copy to you by mistake and will hopefully refund or swap it out for you.

Best wishes Mark.

I recently slipped up selling a film, and refunded the whole amount inc post.

And the film stayed there.

Mind you it was much better than this print colour wise.

I`m sure when Leon reads this posting he will put things right.

Hope so.

Best Mark.

Not so sure...Leon has said on the parts thread that this print had color on his projector and implying that Evan has made it red. It sounds like Evan may be out of luck. I'm guessing Leon may have lost some customers as well.

Im always afraid to burn bridges in fear of seeing the person I screwed at a show. very uncomfortable

I hope some mutual satisfaction will come between you two.

I respect Graham euthanasia point of view but red prints are good to sell on ebay like Star wars,Halloween or horror flicks. People still buy them.In fact thats how new collectors start out by buying red print, Also good for test film.

I am sorry but „Color is good“ should not mean „It’s maybe a red print so re-record it and sell it at eBay“...

Thank you again All!

Brian, in this case I’m not the one who brought the torches to the bridge so there is little I can do about that. I do understand that to be a reason many have not responded publicallly as well, and I do not fault anyone for it.

When a person responds in an immature manner it tells a lot.

Mark, if you are implying you want to send me money for my misfortune, it’s nice and appreciated but not necessary. The money lost in this case surely does not overwhelm me with joy,, but at least I had it to lose. Any money you give out is better spent with a charity who needs it.

Hi Evan I was`nt intending to go wild, I just thought send $5 as a gesture, and if a few others did too etc.

I would just try to sell it on, as it is, with the screen shots, and honesty, and hope it does fairly OK.

Paying for re-records and other costs like posts and so on with a totally red look like that does`nt make much sense. Plus they can often be a bit off if unlucky. Theres been enough of that already.

I suppose the best thing you can do is make an effort to just let the whole thing go, if you will, don`t dwell and move on.

This sort of thing happens to us all in cine sometimes. I suppose you have to mentally preprare yourself for it.

I still have hopes when Leon reads this thread he will come through for you.

Best wishes Mark.

"3 ×400 ft version. A nice print. Color is good"

Sorry if im am mistaken but wasn't there two prints for sale?
That one isn't good, it's red. Not even fading, but faded!!!
