Austin, try this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Chinon-Sound-SP-330MV-Super-8-Movie-Projector-/280650794904?pt=US_Movie_Slide_Projectors&hash=item4158174798

It is still $19.99 (plus shipping $13.64). May be no one will buy this.

For a long time film collector, they will say no with this one. For a begineer like you (you are 13 right?) there is nothing wrong to start from a cheapo one.

I have a GS1200, GS800 and ST1200 HD, those are expensive projectors, but I use this Chinon 330MV for my daily use in front of my sons. And I don't see any bad side.

ps: same projector with above is also sold under Bell & Howwel brand:

http://cgi.ebay.com/BELL-HOWELL-CHINON-SOUND-SP-330-PROJECTOR-/120605088939?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c149f9cab

(and it is only $50)

Good luck

No, sorry.

I have a cheap one so when I show my films for my sons, I can leave it with them without any worry. And also my sons can touch the projector and play forward and reverse without need to hear my screaming "NO !!!" or "WATCHOUT" or "BECAREFULL"..... [Wink]

Something that I always try to avoid, so my sons can have strong attachment with all my toys too ...!

(ps: because I also play with their toys [Big Grin] [Razz] )

Yeah, it is still possible. Just watch the above auction. It might get a low interest, and you may snip it for $20.

But you have to have an Ebay ID. I don't think a 13 years old can, can't you?

Otherwise ask your Dad or someone adult to bid that for you.

cheers,

Austin, Kirk is selling Sankyo 500 for $60.

You can read that here:

New Toy! Chinon 2500GL Variable Speed

It is a good projector with a good price.

Good luck!
