I don't think there was one to this model.
I had the fortune to find a brand new unsold GS800 machine back in 1996. It was in the original box that had never been opened since it left the manufacturer. And therefore it contained all extras: cleaning brush, cleaning stick, MC-021 cord, earphone, microphone, power cord, 800ft reel, Elmo stereo GS1200/GS800 test film, but there where NO dust cover.
Now I am using the GS1200, and that HAS a cover. So I can't imagine why they didn't provide one to the GS800.
