Keith Wilton gave this a very special treatment
in preparation for Derann.

As I remember, the Negative was taken from a Beautiful IB Technicolor 35mm print held at a UK Archive. I think the British Film Institute but I can't remember for certain. Doing so naturally provided rich and vivid color at considerable expense. But at the time, existing negatives were Metrocolor and were unsatisfactory.

Hi Luis,

wasn't the Derann edition of this movie in 5x600?
Is yours a different edition?

I have a german dubbed 35mm technicolor print in my collection and belive it, this is one of the best movies in technicolor. The color is gorgeous and the movie is perfect for the whole family.
Unfortunately the last 20 seconds are missing in my print, for this reason it is not possible to use it for a public screening.

A more recent thread about this title may be found here.

To avoid confusion I'll close this one.
