Hi Guys: This forum has got to be the best kept secret in all of computerland. Back in the 50s I owned a B&H 70DL and even did some semi-pro work. I've been thinking of returning to 16mm work (because it's what I know) but am concerned about the availability of raw stock. With Kodak out of the field does Fuji or some other foreign company still make 16mm film and who would process it?

Seems that Kodak have only stopped colour reversal, B&W should be available. go onto the Wittner-Kinotechnic website in Germany, they are selling 16mm reversal film which has been re-perforated from Fuji Velvia, and they have just brought out a reversal film made from Agfa stock; this one is 200iso. Some of their films are also available in double perforations. Realise that it is going to be expensive importing from Germany, but I don't know of any other supplier; they also develop the films. Wish we had some enterprising people in the UK.
