Thinking A 1/259 usual later 16mm machine bulbs wise what type do people think is the best and brightest bulb please out of interest.

I usually use a Xenophot but recently found an " old " Sylvania one in a drawer and popped it in and was very surprised at the way the picture and colours came out so well and better than the fairly new Zenophot !!!! I took out to try it.

Any thoughts.

Best Mark.

Some Phillips bulbs seem to have more lumens per watt than even Xenophot as well. Wish someone could explain that.

I`m going to order another sylvania and see if its a fluke.

The Xenophots are touted as 20% brighter, its an odd one.
