Hi guys. I'm looking for 16mm horror films from the 60's through 80s. Send me lists of anything you have from this era to sell, but I am especially interested in the films of the following directors:

Mario Bava
Dario Argento
Joe Dante
John Carpenter
Tobe Hooper
Brian DePalma
Roman Polanski

Thanks very much!

Mike

Welcome Mike,
If I see any titles with these directors, I'll drop you a note. I do have a rare lpp print of bava's black Sabbath....cost me a mint, but worth every cent. So, keep looking, you'll find them. Rob

I don't have anything that I want to sale. I've been fortunate to come across a couple of good horror movies that I believe are both uncut theatrical prints. Deadly Friend which is a Wes Craven movie; not one of his best but still fun. The better one I have is a little known movie titled The Witchmaker in I.B. Tech. It is a wonderful drive in type movie.

You may already know to be careful when purchasing horror/slasher type movies on 16mm. There are a lot of television prints around that are edited for content.

Good luck on your search.

Regards.

Yeah, I did actually buy a print of PIRANHA that turned out to be a TV edit. I was bummed.
