I am glad that David Guest had good support on his recent Open Day, however, there must be many members who were unable to attend or may have had problems with travelling.
I would like to suggest that David advertises some of his vast film stock on this Forum, together with prices. Perhaps something like "three for the price of two" or similar.
This would give David the chance to reduce the size of his interesting collection.

I think some of them appeared on Fleabay recently, but I agree to putting some titles here as well.

Some of David's films do appear on eBay, but they are usually on a bid basis.
My suggestion for this Forum's sales is that definite buy prices are stated.

every one had chance to purchase films of me at blackpool but some were busy that day mowing the lawn they also had chance to purchase films at my open day but some found it hard to travel
I have about 40 days to live and I have no intention advertising films on the forum as I cant even lift a 16mm feature and what time I have I intend to spend it my family and close friends
if any one wants to me an offer for whats left I will sell them I still get collecters calling and they buy a few what I don't sell I will give to close friens who have always been there for me at blackpool I hope this answers you question

I`m hoping some dealer type will give David a fair price for all the films and equipment or sell them on at a percentage or similar . And pick them up at some point later on.

As David says his family and friends time is all that matters and is important.

Films have brought David a lot of pleasure, and us, and many others, through him as well.

A lot of us are really feeling this ordeal for you David.

Kind regards Mark.

Great Answer David I’m sure you have everything organised by now. You are going on a journey we all go on you have just been fast tracked. Just remember because the quacks said 40 days doesn’t mean you have to be waiting outside with your coat on looking for the taxi 🚕 You can stay longer and enjoy every minute as much as you can.

In a blink of an eye we will be all there with you. Hardly the Garden of a Youth in this forum. Just remember if you are organising cinema seats I want a decent one beside Marilyn Monroe.

Best Wishes to You and your Family

Mike
