Anybody interested in a 2003 Workprinter 16 built by Moviestuff ?

http://www.moviestuff.tv/wp_16.html

Info still online because Roger hasn't yet bothered to remove it from his site.

Re-engineered Elmo, runs at 6 frames per second, uses 40w bulb.

I had the gate of mine enlarged to also accommodate Super16mm.

They have been discontinued for some years now, you need Windows XP to run the special frame-by-frame capture software.

Cannot say if it works or not. Been sitting in my closet for most of the past 10 years, and I don't have older computer with XP anymore.

stupid # 1, i just now tried to delete the original post but apparently only admins and forum managers can delete postings.

so i have to post the following.

nobody responded for so long, i threw it out.

stupid # 2, one guy finally did email me april 9, 2014 and asked if the unit was an LED light projector

fairly obvious the guy did not read the posting content info nor review the link, and assumed i was selling a digital video projector

hence my motivation to post this followup.

but i too was stupid enough to buy the stupid machine for $ 4,000 twelve years ago. never worked properly, long ago went obsolete and stopped working altogether, and worse, i never made a dime with it.

oops, not true, i did get one job, got paid $ 200 of the $ 1,000 the guy had agreed to pay me, but never did pay me the balance owing on the job.

so, that's 3 stupids, (or four depending on your interpretations)

and i'm outa here.

sh.
