Mike Peckham has not posted on this Forum in quite a while. Where is he? Spending all his free time with Rexette? [Big Grin] Anyway I miss Mike's postings, maybe I've got used to seeing that sinister face here everyday! [Smile] Hurry on back Mike!

Mike has sold all his cince equipment and moved to VP. He was so embarrassed by what he had done that he was forced to move to Canada.

Will be back in a week though [Big Grin]

I thought Mike was attending that original box convention in North Yorkshire.

I'm back! [Big Grin]

It was nice to be missed, thanks for noticing [Smile] .

Just had a two week trip across Canada with my brother, something he has always wanted to do. We arrived in Toronto on the night of the East Coast storm that Chip has mentioned in another thread.

Had a fantastic time, barring the fact that I dropped my cine camera in Niagra and broke it, right at the start of the holiday [Frown] and our train was de-railed just outside of Edmonton which resulted in a 12 hour coach journey from Jasper to Vancouver.

That said, the scenery [especially the Rockies] was breathtaking and I loved Toronto and Vancouver, two cities I shall certainly be re-visiting.

Glad to see everything's back to normal on the forum, actually it seems better than before?

Once I've got over the jet lag I'll have a proper look through and maybe get typing?! [Big Grin]

Mike

ps. Doug, great second hand box shop in Winipeg, shall be going back there again soon [Smile]

Good to have you back and that you had a great time. Shame about the camera, [Frown] the Lightwater brigade were hopeing to see some of this breathtaking scenery on super 8. You will just have to do the trip again [Wink]
