Hey folks!

I'm just testing the waters on this. I've got a great number of laserdiscs that I'm going to start to sell and I'll put a partial list of titles here, and will see if I get any feeback on it. Since it's not celluloid, I felt I would put it here.

Note:  the ones that have a "P" after them, have the original plastic still covering them.  About halfway through my collecting, I caught onto keeping the plastic on them to preserve the covers and it worked well.  The earlier bought ones have scuffs and such on the covers.  I can also assure you that nearly all my Laserdiscs are in near mint, as I never lent them out and took meticulous care with them.

1.  Lawrence of Arabia (restored version) LTBX  P
2   Time Bandits (remastered) LTBX  P
3.  Treasure of the Sierra Madre  P
4.  The Dark Crystal   LTBX  P
5.  Fiddler on the Roof.
6.  Some Like it Hot
7.  Dances With Wolves
8.  Star Trek:  The Motion Picture (Note special extended version, fullscreen)
9.  Star Trek's  2, 3, 5.  All LTBX
10.  Star Trek 4  LBTX, (special edition). P
11.  Star Trek 6  LBTX,  P
12.  Star Trek :  Generations  LBTX  P  (Great for re-recording a stereo super 8)
13.  Star Trek :  First Contact  LBTX  P
14.  Once Upon the Time in the West  LBTX
15   DUNE  (original theatrical cut)  LBTX
16.  A Christmas Carol  (George C. Scott)
17.  The Mission  (Robwert D Niro)  LBTX  P
18.  Touch of Evil  (Orson Welles)
19.  HEAT (Al Pacino/Robert DeNIro)  LTBX  P
20.  The Abyss  (special edition)  (has documentary)  LTBX
21.  Independence Day  LTBX
22.  Citizen Cane  (restored)  P
23.  It's a Wonderful Like  (Digitally remastered from original negative)
24.  Terminator 2  LTBX
25.  Bambi  (Walt Disney)
26.  Quigley Down Under  LTBX  P
27.  Tremors  (full screen, but from what I have heard, it was filmed in the full frame 35MM)   P
28.  Snow White and 7 Dwarves  (1990's restoration)   P
29.  Das Boot  (german with english soundtrack as well)  LTBX  P
30.  The Good, the Bad and the Ugly  LTBX
31.  John Wayne :  Big Jake  LTBX
32.  Braveheart  LTBX  (note:  cover has been damaged/warped, discs are just fine)
33.  The Great Escape  LTBX  Deluxe edition

It should be noted that "The Great Escape" is interesting in the width of scope on it.  For some reason, the image is "extra wide, especially when compared with the DVD widescreen version.
This only about half (I think), of the laserdiscs available.

As stated earlier, I took immaculate care of these.  I would dare anyone to find any defects in these discs, nary a scratch, just some potential dust.  I do take them out to watch occasionally, but not all that often.  I checked, just in case for any "brown spots" on any discs (as you had mentioned that on a post) and haven't seen a spot, so your getting vintage.

I obviously don't expect what I originally paid for these.  They are only of worth to us collectors, but I also don't want to be ripped off, so if you find any on this list that you'd like, make me an offer.  I'll probably be pretty agreeable.

All the best

Wow, laserdiscs! In all my time I only ever purchased one, and that was the extended edition of Terminator 2 (letterboxed).

Watched it one time and am content to watch the theatrical cut in 70mm from this point forth. I hope Osi doesn't mind my tagging another title onto his list and bumping the thread up, but if anyone on here is interested in this Laserdisc, hollar at me.
