One of the greats. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Harryhausen a few years back.
A true gentleman.

Sony Pictures Digital Productions Honors Ray Harryhausen

Jason and the Argonauts gets a Blu-ray Disc release on July 6th with new commentary from Mr. Harryhausen.

We're quite lucky that so many of his films are available on Super 8mm in digests and full length. Did The 3 Worlds of Gulliver ever get released in 8mm?

7TH VOYAGE OF SINBAD(feature-Derann,Columbia-200' 4 parter)
MYSTERIOUS ISLAND(Columbia 400' digest)
3 WORLDS OF GULLIVER-no super 8mm release

GOLDEN VOYAGE OF SINBAD(Columbia 200' 4 parter-2 versions)
SINBAD AND THE EYE OF THE TIGER(Columbia 400' digest)

Of course, there are trailers for just about all of them. I remember Canterbury put out the 3 b/w trailers of IT CAME, EARTH VS, & 20 MIL, but the last time I saw it on Ebay it went for a bundle and I haven't seen it since. I think that about covers it. Unless my old feeble mind has overlooked something.

Just one I can think of...and only because I have it!

One Million B.C. 200' sound by Walton films. My copy has beautiful color and it splices nicely right on the end of the Ken 400'(I think that's what it is?)

My reel is 600' and I know the last 200' is Walton!

Thanks, Larry and Bill!

In addition to the complete feature, Derann also released a 400' Jason and the Argonauts which concentrated on the Talos sequence.
I have the Walton 4x400' One Million Years B.C. which has beautiful color.

A Gwangi digest would have been great.

Thanks Bill. I knew I would forget something. I got the Walton digests many years ago and discovered there was footage I hadn't seen before. When Fox acquired the rights they cut out about 10 minutes of footage.

And Doug I now remember that Talos reel was on Ebay not long ago and went for a high price.
