I lost all my Credit/Debit Cards sometime this morning, so if anyone orders from me in the next few days there may be a delay in posting out your order, as I have to wait for a new set to turn up.

I was queuing up with a parcel, when I put my hand in my pocket for my card wallet and it was gone, my heart sank in my mouth, the bill was £11, it turns out I had about just over £11 in cash on me, phew, I didn't want to embarras myself with not being able to pay, well I'm sitting here bereft of cash, and fed up phoning around each card supplier, life was much simpler in the old days!

Hope they turn up Barry,or at least without someone else using them.A thing that I would add, is the little group visiting from the USA for the Film Convention, beware of pickpockets, there are
organised gangs at work, especially on the tube, they love crowded areas, so keep valuables safe.

Barry

I was visiting family in Kent and we took the tube to Paris. Now I am very aware of blokes nicking wallets. As I step on the train I feel something in the back of me. Some bloke tried to nick my wallet. However, I tried to grab his had and I got just his thumb. So I pulled it just as the doors closed right on his arm. I don't think he was able to pickpocket the rest of the day! [Big Grin]

Well done Pat,and I would advise ALL visitors to UK, BEWARE, there are organised gangs from Romania and other Eastern blocks
operating in the London area. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARDS
AND PERSONAL DOCUMENTS SAFE.

Whenever I travel to the UK I keep my passport and credit/debit cards in a zippered pouch which is threaded onto my belt and cannot be pulled off. I keep a separate wallet in my pocket with just enough small cash amount for the day.
