Never understand ebay. I noticed a italian guillotine splicer listed at 29 cents and it had several bids now was at 1.29. Auction was supposed to end tomorrow. You know what the seller does gets cold feet and deletes the bids and ends the auction.relists it for 50.00. Now if a bid is a binding contract how can a seller have the right to delete bids, end auction and relist. Not a two way street I cant retract my bid. Sorry I'm just venting

Also I hate how the buy it now disappears after a bid is placed. If I want to pay that I should not be blocked by other bidders

Ebay should implement 5min grace period on items that don't receive a bid. Say if the auction ends before you can place a bid. They should have a 5 min extra. Maybe on items let say are watched by someone.
