I can't seem to locate the new issue on ebay, though CHC tell me it's up there. Anyone got a link?

So, has anyone been able to confirm whether or not this is available on ebay?

The latest issue of Film Collector was delivered on Saturday.
These mags improve with each edition, this one celebrating CinemaScope on its 60th birthday. Also, Mr Mannering abandons his beloved Eumigs for once in praise of another brand.

Not quite Mal but your comment certainly made me chuckle. The Heurtier is a little unique what with being the first stereo sound super 8 projector.

Remember folks to send in something for Phil’s magazine and what a gorgeous job on that glossy front cover. Not read it all yet but nice to see what everyone is up to with our beloved film.

i'll second that Lee, i had to miss out this time as we have been up and down to Guys hospital for my Wife so time was a bit scarce, i was thinking of another question and answera session but maybe we could all suggest some questions on here and then i can do something with that, especially with the demise of Derann since my last ones for FFTC mag. Any suggestions ould be welcomed.

I was wondering if it would make a good page in Phil’s magazine for each of us to take a photograph of us next to our favourite projector and forward. We could recommend the page be given the title

‘Me and my favourite projector’
(Projectionists from around the world)

I’ll mail Phil and let him know the idea and hopefully we can all take a few minutes to take a picture and email it through. He could fit half a dozen pictures on a page so it would make for a good running story for him.

Email your picture to CHCINEMA@AOL.COM

PS Have just heard back from Phil and he is happy to include this so as they say the rest is up to us!
