Lauren Bacall, the iconic actress and wife of Humphrey Bogart, died today. Her most famous line ... ' You know how to whistle don't you...... You just put your lips together and blow!"

Oh my gosh. This is tragic.

Aside from the Bogey pictures, I enjoyed her in the film How to Marry a Millionaire.

She had some great stage work that is noteworthy.

Applause and Woman of the Year.

Bacall won the Tony Award twice in the category of Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical,

Applause in 1970 and Woman of the Year in 1981.

She was a one of a kind original, and a star forever.

Isn't it great that we can all communicate about this great

She was an absolute "Love Goddess", as they called them ...

... but she will finally be reunited with her beloved Bogie!

Only watch Key Largo the other night. Lauren had real class and a natural before the camera.

Goodbye Miss Bacall and thank you.

I love the smell of film in the morning.
