I think the seller is drunk. He/she is selling 3 Micro-cassette for $999 too:

We had great T-Shirts at CineSea for fifteen bucks. (Nicer than this one by far...)

-You could use the other $984.99 to travel there and back **, rent the room, eat out, buy some films and still come home with some in your wallet!

**Depending on where you're starting from, of course...

Oh, there was a time....

Fall, 2012 I headed down to Wildwood with cash for films (and a song in my heart...). Immediately after I got onto Staten Island things were headed south in more ways than one: My EZ-Pass account had gone toes-up and now film money was toll money too!

I managed to buy two features from Guy Taylor and still arrived home with two bucks in my wallet! (how's THAT for budgeting?)

(-and that, boys and girls, is why a middle-aged man finally learned how to use an ATM!)

Same like Pat, I was sending a question but to give the seller an idea that I was not a noisy buyer, I was pretending to buy. Here is my question and answer:

quote:
Q:
I need this kind of tape but while I am checking on the net, I found your listing. What make your tapes so special there the price is $999 now? How many tapes will I get?

and the answer:

quote:
A:
Right now yes the price is right, 3 tapes.

- westchestervillage

So he/she is not kidding !! [Eek!] [Confused]

Meanwhile the very same tape (brand, type, and amount) is listed for $8.99:

The T Shirt has UK import charges of $370.57 based on the current no bid. I always knew our hobby was expensive.
