OK folks, this is so fu**ing funny, I thought I'd share it!!!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkzArYrC0MM

Make up your own caption for this ... mine is

"The next d**n person who plays that d*mned song for me, I'm going to break off they're arms and legs and shove em up ..."

Well, you get it!

(please note: for some odd reason, this video loads up this fellas next video, and he is rather profane, so please be cautious!)

Osi, Why are you so solicitous in warning us when the first line of your post contains a profanity? Or do you think that spelling with asterisks make it acceptable? Or is the use of profanities in that way acceptable in the circles you move in?

How about some sensitivity towards others who do not not find such language acceptable? After all, you can actually get your point across without using such language; there are thousands of acceptable words in the English language.

Martin Jones.

I just censor myself on here as I don't know the specific rules considering profanity and would not desire to insult anyone's sensibilities, that's all. The disclaimor is for those who might well not like what follows, so they'd want to turn off de youtube right after the video.

However, it appears that I haven't passed the boundaries of good taste, as I haven't seen any posts of mine deleted due to profane language, (yeah ... I know, "profane" is in the eye of the beholder).

(now, I'm sure someone will put up the specific rules considering profanities on the forum). [Smile]

Still, that video is funny. I get a great laugh every time I watch it, and some days, I need a good laugh. Funny, that little video is funnier than most modern films I see these days that label themselves as "comedy".

Thank you, Osi, for acknowledging that there is an area for concern regarding the kind of language that may or not appear on posts in this Forum.
The use of profanity is not necessarily a matter of "Forum rules" as to what is allowable or not allowable; rather it is a matter of good taste to use only language that does not cause offence to other contributors by virtue of it's profane content. Profanity may be "in the eye of the beholder (or reader)" but reflect that it is ALSO "in the eye of the WRITER" if he recognises that he is using "profane" (and therefore potentially offensive) language by spelling it with asterisks!!!!

Far easier, Osi , to avoid using those expressions. Then nobody is offended and your postings will be pleasanter and more often read by everybody. This is my post no 1187 on this Forum: anybody find my total lack of use of profane expressions boring?

No personal offence intended, Osi...... just pointing out how unnecessary some "expressions" are.
Regards,
Martin

None taken Martin ...

In fact, I thank you for giving me a little nudge in the right direction. Hey, everyone needs someone who will "call them" on what might or might not be "dodgy" wording or behavior. Most won't take the time, so I thank ya! [Big Grin]
