Can someone help me with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

When I get ready to print a page, it looks fine on the monitor.

Coming out of the printer, one or more but not all, lines will be doublespaced.

And the gridelines although checked off in set up, are not printing.

What do I need to check?

Tech info as follows:

Windows 7 64 bit
Microsoft Office 2010
HP Officejet 4630 (all in one) latest driver updates confirmed and ok

With thanks for any help I can get.

Chip

You might have to check with your print preview I’m not near a pc to tell you how but check under file or view at the top left of your screen in one of those you can change these.

Chip, Jim is correct....

What you want to do first however is set your 'print area'.

In page layout, highlight the entire area you want to print by left click dragging a marquee box around all the cells you want printed.

Then in the print preview you can see how many pages it will take. Move your cell margins to fit the cells so the cells you want on one page fit. What you see in print preview is what you SHOULD get. If you do not get, the issue will be driver related, but i feel do the above first and it should works for you. Hope this makes some sense...

**For the gridlines: On the Page Layout tab, in the Sheet Options group, select the Print check box under Gridlines. ...
