Chip, Jim is correct....
What you want to do first however is set your 'print area'.
In page layout, highlight the entire area you want to print by left click dragging a marquee box around all the cells you want printed.
Then in the print preview you can see how many pages it will take. Move your cell margins to fit the cells so the cells you want on one page fit. What you see in print preview is what you SHOULD get. If you do not get, the issue will be driver related, but i feel do the above first and it should works for you. Hope this makes some sense...
