I think I may have spotted someone using a super 8 movie camera in the qualifying session of last weekend's Singapore Grand Prix, and, as the pictures are the same the world over, I wonder if anyone else who still has a recording of it could verify it?

It happens in Q3 (third qualifying)when the on screen clock reads between 3'01" and 2'56" left. There is a crowd shot and there appears to be a man on the back row, blue shirt, holding a camera in the "old fashioned way" just to the right of the picture. In other words, one hand was UNDER the camera, the other was blocking the light as he tries to look through the view finder. No sign of a screen or side strap grip position of a camcorder.

I would be interested in your comments.
