I am new to the world of 9.5, and really like what I'm seeing with my recently acquired Specto!
However, last night, a few splices showed their age and became undone. I'm not quite ready yet to spend a fortune on a new CIR splicer, but would like to pick up a splicer to redo some of the old splices.
Any recommendations? Anyone to offer one? A cheapish tape splicer would be great, but a reliable wet splicer is probably best I can hope for.

Rob Grahame Newnham has an excellent tri-gauge Marguet cement splicer for sale @ £18. Probably the best for 9.5mm, it can also handle 16mm and standard 8 (NOT Super8). http://www.pathefilm.uk/lists/filmlista.htm

Not as such. Many years ago Pathescope made perforation patches which were used for repairing and joining 9.5mm films using their "Film Mender". But these were film, not tape. There are some menders for sale on Grahame's listing.
