Must be very rare. A Chinese 16 mm Guanguang projector converted to 9.5 mm.

Also show and interesting Meopta, in its Meoclub version, my 16mm projector.
I think it was a good basis for a conversion in 9.5mm: solid, much cheaper than Elf, Eiki or Buckingham, with optical and magnetic sound and in some models also recording.
A good "tank" for a conversion.
