Phil Sheard of Classic Home Cinema is proposing a brand new magazine for us film collectors.

But he needs us to let him know that we are interested.

The Classic Home Cinema web site is here, with their email address;

Maybe if the organisers agree, Phil could appear in the cinema at Blackpool, to talk about it with collectors there.

Both Paul Adsett and myself emailed our intention to subscribe a month ago in direct response to Phil's post on Kev's forum.
According to info gleamed at a BFCC, there are many former readers of FFTC who do not use the internet.

Well, between the two forums, I count 8...

Mal, that is a shame that so many collectors don't use the internet. That's part of the problem I suppose, because without it, they may not be aware of Phil's venture and hence lose out on a new magazine.

Of course, Phil will have informed his own customers, but the Derann data base of customers / subscribers is now lost I suppose as no one can legally use a company's list of customers for their own purposes...frustrating!

I've also emailed Phil. Collectors should likewise subscribe to The Reel Image.
