Hi
I have come across the following travelogues on 8mm silent amber stock, I believe they are Kodascopes. The edge markings indicate a 1936 manufacturing date.
The titles are;
The Mohawk Valley
Pueblo Indians
The Boone Trail
City of the Key
Porto Rico (sic)
Haiti to Trinidad
Washington DC
The New South
The Old South
Philippine Islands
Germany, Land of Legend

Anyone know anything about this series, were there other titles, when were they made etc?

Thanks

The Kodascope Library hired out films on 16mm silent. They also produced 8mm Cine-Kodagraphs for outright sale. They were usually recognised by their amber tint.

It seems that your films fall into the latter category.

Thanks for the suggestion. These may indeed be Koda- Graphs rather than -'scopes as you suggest.
However I believe that the Kodascope library was also available on regular/standard 8mm as I have a number of amber features from the Kodascope catalogue on that gauge.
I believe that the 'graphs were only available as 200' 100' and 50' versions.

I agree with your comments regarding the short films. I assume the features were only made available for purchase when the library closed down.
