I'm having trouble with my landline at the moment, I can dial out OK but incoming calls are being disconnected after one ring, I've got the BT Open Reach engineers coming out on the 1st May (Wed), so if you need to contact me please use my Mobile Number 07906539453 , I'll let everyone know once the fault on the landline is fixed.

You had trouble with your land-line some time ago and it got fixed. Perhaps it's a completely new fault.
You might get some compensation.

last time it was the Broadband at fault, and I was compensated for that, so just have to wait and see, it's strange I can dial out fine, but no incoming calls.

Just had a brilliant Open Reach engineer who sorted out my landline troubles, everything is OK now, so that's a relief!

Hi Maurice. When we were with BT my business line was off for a month yes they compensated us... £1.26. Quickly moved on oh Moother!
