I also have the "Walking in the air" extract as well as the full length version of "The Snowman". Funny thing is, the 200ft version is very dark. The full length version is perfect. Are all 200ft versions dark? Very generous footage on this one though, nearly 220ft lasting around 14 minutes.

Oh ok Mark, mine must be a one off ha ha. Still a good watch, but only looks good with a powerful lamp behind it, maybe it was a lab reject or something. [Razz]

If you can find a good un-faded print of it, (go for the UK printings of this. my UK printing is on AGFA stock and is fadeless), get a copy of "A Walt Disney Christmas" 400ft, as it is four slightly condensed shorts (well, some more condensed than others) ...

Toy Tinkers
Santa's Workshop
Twas the Night Before Christmas
Pluto's Christmas Tree.

... even with being able to own all four cartoons in complete editions (thanks to the Disney/Derann connection!), this is still well worth getting!

It's my personal pick for the most repeatable Disney 400ft digest/collection from the original WDHM prints.

Pluto's Playful Pranks is a gud en as well Osi. I think I have most of them and they are all part of the rich historical tapestry that can only be Walt Disney!

I find them all very repeatable [Smile]

Make VERY sure that it is low fade, and ask the seller specifically (unless it's stated in the description) that it is low fade, which is easy enough to very (Fuji or Agfa is easy to see in the sprocket area) ....

As EVERY print of this, done in the U.S. was on Eastman (not lowfade) film stock and every one I have seen is at assorted points of fade. If there is one that isn't, it has to be the happiest little accident in the world, (a "Christmas miracle"?) [Smile]
