It's a nice cutdown this one especially with the diner sequence added in. Quite a long one also when all joined together.
Mine is on 2x 800ft spools and though not full, it certainly would not comfortably fit on 2x 600ft without overspooling.

Great colour also btw!

Hello Andrew
It fits on a 1200' without overspooling

Ah, in that case it must be due to the added diner sequence at the end then Bruno. I think Derann released two extra sequences on 200ft spools for this print and mine must contain both then, I assume.

I must admit, it is a while since I last viewed it.

It is a similar story with the abridged version of The Sound Of Music. By the time you add in all the extra 200ft reels Derann released for this film, it needs two 1200ft spools to accommodate it!

Yet another great cutdown when all put together. [Smile]

There is only one adding to this print, the opening credits
I didn't know that there was another one with the diner sequence.
I also have a full scope version on 16mm in english but i have to check it before selling because i think it was turning pink.

It really would have been fantastic if films like this and Gremlins had given Derann the right to release in full by their owners.

Anyhow, hopefully you now have your sale completed by Thomas here, Bruno!
Good luck with it all. [Smile]

can anyone record for me the english track of the diner sequence vie youtube?
I have the title sequence and the diner sequence still on the seperate reels but the last owner rerecord the diner sequence in to german language unfortunately in a bad quality and it does not fit to the two part version I have i quality. Also I prefer to keep this on a seperate reel.

From the film, it would sound dreadful when used again for recording purposes Oemer.
You are far.... better off recording the sequence from the DVD soundtrack in digital stereo onto your films magnetic soundtrack.
