I've been looking for that second one for quite awhile myself, Lee.

I wonder if perhaps a post like this will cause a print to "magically" appear on ebay ...

Course, that means I know I would be bidding against one person in general, eh? [Smile]

Do have it Osi but want another good copy as its a film I used to admire in the London shop as a boy from Mountain. Trouble is most are now lined and colour gone. I'm more than happy to step aside if your own need is greater.

How Gracious! Is the print you have good colour? Has it faded?
When brand new, was the color pristine? I ask as every copy of this cartoon I have seen on youtube, has varying degrees of fade and it would be awesome to actually find perfect colour on super 8!

Colour is not as I remember as a boy Osi sorry to say. The colour copy I have is well past its sell by date and been run endlessly in the 70's as well.
Fond memories of that one and the other.

It was the late 50's and UPA and other studios had already adopted that modern graphic style, but I really impressed with the design of that film and I don't think it gets as much credit as one of the best of Halas/bachelor's output as it should. In fact, I think it's just about the best for direction, style, ect.
