I just picked this up on ebay where it was wrongly listed as a reel to reel tape. Released by Red Fox, the film is a colour sound 200ft promo for the Yellow Submarine Feature film. There is footage of the Beatles as well as clips from the film and interviews with some of the artists involved in making the movie. There is some fade as expected but plenty of colour left making this an interesting film for both Beatles and movie collectors. The box contained an advert from movie maker for Quality products Ltd of Romford where the film was originally purchased, costing £17.75. The company listed 16 other Beatles titles as well as some Elvis Presley concert titles.

Still looks pretty good John! A very nice short especially for Beatles collectors. I bought mine brand new from Red Fox Films. The narration and background music is very good too!

I have this title as well though mine is faded with very little color. Still nice to have. [Smile]

Yes, very good win. An example that would fit well in the EBay Gambles thread I posted. As time marches on I have seen more than one seller describe a Super 8 print as a "reel to reel ". They are not far off. ..Very nice win. Yellow Submarine has always been my second favorite Beatles movie after HELP.
