I've just had an update on my card terminal, and it printed out what I can now accept, and I can now take American Express cards, together with Diners/Discover - Maestro - Maestro (UK) (I didn't even know there was 2 versions) - Mastercard - Mastercard Debit - Visa - Visa Debit - Visa Electron.

I've never taken a Diners/Discover payment, and mostly it's either Visa or Mastercard either the Credit Card version or the Debit version, I rarely take any other card, and that got me thinking, do any of you actually have any of these other cards, as I've never been offered them as payment, but as I'm only a small dealer, I was wondering what was out there, and I wondered if some of the more unusual card were more U.S.A./Canada specific.

I'd be interested to hear from you, and see what country has what!

Maestro is actually Mastercard but specialized on debit card only.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maestro_(debit_card)

Just like the war between Coca Cola vs Pepsi Cola vs RC Cola, they have their own markets. Not known in your place but may have been popular in other place.

Say like JCB Card in Japan.

Cheers,
