Just seen the award winning Mahoning Drive-in documentary. Check it out, it's really great.

This has definite possibilities!

They allow overnight camping there after the show.

The drive-ins we have been to in the last few years have all done double features. We've never made it through the end of the second movie because of the late drive home.

Bring the camper: problem solved!

About 20 miles away from me...

Have you ever been?

I live on a 120 mile long land mass with about 8 million other people and we haven't had a drive-in here since about 1990!

Joe, its good that you live close to one! There's not many left! I would check it out if I lived that close to one!

Yeah, I've been there as well as four or five others that used to be in my area. This is now the only one still going around here with special screenings now and then. Only thing is the last time I was there the 35mm color print had faded to pink, the other was B&W. Still a great time...

Joe,

Have you ever been to Shankweiller's? That's the oldest drive-in in existence now.

I have family in West Chester: I've always figured I'd fold a trip to Shankweiller's into a visit.

-and now I have another one!

Never been to that one Steve, only two that were near Hazleton, one near Frackville, and one in Deer Lake. They were the closest...

I miss those drive ins! You got a lot for your money! Those were the days!
