Hello everybody, I have a couple of 9.5mm projectors & a big box of films in the loft that I bought in the 1960's but not looked at them for decades.
I have just purchased a cheap 9.5 Gem with a pile of WW2 newsreels & the speed control only works with the slider to the far left but doesn't seem very fast, the wiring has rust spots so presumably is broken in several parts.
I can see references to rewiring it & it looks easy enough but i can't find a difinitive answer to the resistance wire guage I need to get & how many metres it needs. Can anyone advise please
