Quite rare, a French made, expensive projector, available between 1954 and 1958, priced at £270 in the UK.
Perhaps our French speaking friends could translate what the gentleman is saying.

Not easy to do, Maurice, but I tried to translate as I could. "Hello. This time I'm presenting you a device Pathé Joinville 9.5. It's an device I got in very bade shape. Namely, it was impossible for the film to run in the gate given that the claw was not moving the film. I had a problem with the sound reader with the tightening of the film guide for the optical reader that is used to center the track. It was tightening too much so that the film was not correctly moving and jumped on the second sprocket. (00:30) And the amplificator was completely broken. It's here and is still out of work. So I got a 16 mm that I restored. There is a difference, although both are JP5 amplificators but this one with EL 91 while this one is equiped with 6V6. So I had to rewire it completely and fix it. So here is the result. (00:55)What is to known : Pathé Joinville, why Pathé Joinville ? Because I believe that the Pathé factories were located at Joinville, as simple as that. And it was manufactured at the end of the 40's, I think 47, 48. It's a very good little device. It's emotional, for me. I'm very happy to be able to make it run for you. You will listen. Here, we go. (2:21) We switch it off. It's not very practical to put the buttons. We pu the picture and then the sound. We stop it. The sound. Well, it's the sound of 9.5. the optical track is very narrower than in 16mm. And it's optic from that era. It's the '40s, a "gaz pipe". I think it's good in those gigital times to show what filmstock was. It's something that today you can touch. I put it out of a box, it's working. That is absolutelyly fabulous. Very many thanks.
From what was said, the model shown was a later model known as the Joinville PSM which had push buttons.
As mentioned, it was called after the name of the Pathe factory at Joinville.
The Joinville was first introduced as a 16mm model, followed later by the 9.5mm model, the latter also had a variant which had magnetic record/playback facilities.
As Grahame Newnham told me some time ago, the 9.5mm model was quite rare in the UK, probably the price, and also towards the end of 9.5mm itself.
