This looks similar to the Technicolor Super8 cartridge projector system. Maybe a re-branded Technicolor projector for another market?

There was also a Super8 optical sound model in the US. Sales were strictly for eductional and point of sale use.

Very Interesting,
Only a few years ago I was in department store and saw something similar playing a demonstration film. It was obviously Super-8 from the very familar sound it made and I found it refreshing that someone, somewhere had chosen Super-8 over video, and not a hobbyist either.

Quite a few machines like this turn up on ebay. The most common one is the Italian CINEVISOR-sound and silent versions. They work but I wouldn't put a good film through one!The cartridges are never-ending.In NZ they sell for about $NZ30.Trev

Hi Everybody,

I have one of them, it's a simple viewer that goes with ac current and at 24fps. It was produced in Italy and, as far as I can read, it's patented by an Italian brand.
There's nothing more to add on the ebay description, only that the cartridges are easy to open and to fill with another film, no more than 20mt anyway. It has a quite sharp image and there is the chance to project on the wall by turning an internal mirror

Lamp is not so powerful, less than a normal editor. I found lot of difficulty to find cartridges here in Italy, they are not so common to find.

Bye

Fabrizio
